Our Traditional Cheese Making Process
Fresh Milk Collection
Every morning at 6 AM, we collect fresh milk from local dairy farms within 15km of Anand. Our quality standards ensure only the finest milk from healthy cows reaches our workshop.
Traditional Curdling
Using age-old Gujarati techniques, we carefully curdle the milk with natural rennet and starter cultures. Temperature control is crucial - maintained at exactly 32°C for optimal results.
Hand-Pressed Formation
Each cheese wheel is hand-pressed using traditional wooden molds. Our artisans apply precise pressure for 24 hours, creating the perfect texture and density unique to our signature cheeses.

In 1985, Arvind Patel started with just 50 liters of milk and a dream to preserve traditional Gujarati cheese-making methods. Today, our workshop processes over 500 liters daily, serving families across Anand and neighboring districts.
