Cheese Production (6-8 hours)
Fresh buffalo milk from local Anand farms is being processed using traditional methods. Our team will curdle, press, and prepare your cheeses according to your specifications.
Quality Control & Packaging
Each batch undergoes rigorous testing for pH levels, moisture content, and freshness. Cheeses are then carefully packaged in food-grade containers with proper labeling.
Delivery to Your Doorstep
Our local delivery team will transport your fresh cheeses in temperature-controlled vehicles to maintain optimal quality. You'll receive a call 30 minutes before delivery.
Storage Tips for Fresh Cheeses
Immediate Refrigeration
Place your cheeses in the refrigerator immediately upon delivery. Maintain temperature between 2°C to 4°C for optimal freshness and safety.
Proper Packaging
Keep cheeses in their original packaging or transfer to airtight containers. This prevents moisture loss and maintains texture for 3-4 days.
Consumption Timeline
Fresh paneer should be consumed within 3-4 days of delivery. Aged cheeses can be stored longer but check individual packaging for specific dates.
